An important component of business success is to ensure you have a motivated, high performing team. If they rate highly, what have you implemented to make it this way and how are you going to keep it that way? If not – what are the issues? Perhaps there is a need for more training? Do you pay them fairly? Perhaps they aren’t clear on “what success looks like” or where they are headed. All this is vitally important – to them and to you and you have to pay attention to it regularly.
