Mandie spends a lot of time following tennis and plays a bit as well, with a not-so killer one-handed, old-school backhand. Mandie is a big fan of Rafael Nadal and Serena Williams in the current tennis period, and an even bigger fan of Steffi Graf in her heyday.

About Mandie

As the head of all things People at Altus, Mandie supports the business and staff through the whole employee life cycle by creating opportunities and an environment for individual goals and strengths to flourish while supporting the strategic vision for Altus. Mandie has over 20 years’ experience in administration and human resource management and is most passionate about change management and strategic human resources.

Outside work Mandie and her partner love spending time discovering the delectable delights of Sydney’s inner-west dining, playing tennis, and raising her 2 fur babies (cats), Ziggy & Minx.
